Not a legal term in Virginia. If 18 years old or older, having sex with a 13 or 14 year old minor is a Class 4 felony punishable by a two to 10 year sentence and up to $100,000 fine. If 18 years old or older, having sex with 15, 16, or 17 year old is a Class 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to a one year sentence and a $2,500.00 fine.
